蔡星娟,女,太原科技大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师,研究领域为优化调度、云计算、网络安全、大数据建模与优化、计算智能。现为EI期刊《International Journal of Innovative Computing and Applications》编委,作为特邀编辑主持出版了多个SCI特刊。
